Frank specializes in personal growth and relational therapy utilizing a systems approach. He guides individuals to understand the issues they bring to therapy in the context of their relationships with their "self" and others. Frank assists clients in their understanding of the structure and dynamics of relationships and their ability to make positive changes. He provides a holistic, spiritual, hopeful and compassionate style for healing, growth and fulfillment of life purpose. He is a Clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches and integrates transpersonal approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness and energy healing. Frank is effective working in divorce situations and is particularly sensitive to the divorce process and transition. Frank has personal experience with divorce, parenting in a step-family environment and he understands the emotional impact that divorce has on both adults and children. He has extensive experience in the corporate world and is adept at connecting with people and motivating them to grow, change, and achieve their goals. He is passionate about working with clients who have experienced loss and who are dealing with grief and the grieving process.
