I have over 20 years of experience in the counseling field helping individuals, couples, and families identify their strengths and resolve their challenges through the therapeutic process. My vision is to see individuals and families communicate, connect, and become their best selves. My approach recognizes how the brain and body are interconnected and that healthy relationships are the key to reaching more of your own potential, impacting the people around you in a more constructive way, thus creating healthier families, healthier workplaces, and a healthier world. I specialize in trauma/PTSD, family communication and children's behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, and I use experiential therapies such as EMDR, Play Therapy along with Cognitive Behavioral techniques. I have extensive training in and utilize EMDR, Sandtray, and EFT techniques in addition to traditional Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I provide individual, family, and couples counseling sessions. I also provide coaching, workshops, and corporate training. I am the past Secretary of the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Play Therapy Association and very active in the community.
