I am interested in the relationship that occurs between seeker and guide, client and therapist. I have an understanding of the process that reaches people where they live deeply. My job is to help with, and facilitate, that process. I also specialize in working with those struggling with eating disorders of all types. I have been in practice for over 30 years. I help people find their true voice and to live their lives more authentically. It is true living a connected life, that is, where one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are in synch, brings about lasting happiness. I particularly enjoy doing couples counseling. Working with people in relationship is gratifying, as I help facilitate change. The challenge and the reward of this work is in making a deep empathic connection with those who are seeking therapy and wanting to make important life changes.
