I am a licenced mental health holistic counselor with over 15 years experience in a variety of settings. I work with a wide range of ages (4-70), as well as a wide range of issues including but not limited to trauma, brain injury, dissociative disorders, & emotional disturbances. I look forward to working with you to help you achieve YOUR goals & quality of life using traditional and holistic methods, based on what works best for you. I am trained in CBT, EMDR, psychodynamic and holistic methods and have knowledge of DBT, I use holistic tools- Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy, spiritual (not religious) concepts- to assist people in their search for healing & a more fulfilling life. I love to learn and am continually adding to my therapeutic toolbox. I am a Reiki Master and Intermediate Level Integrated Energy Therapist, and offer sessions within my practice.
