I am Jim Pugliese, licensed mental health counselor based in Barre, Vermont. I offer individual, group, and family counseling for children to adults. I have been serving people since 1989 in a variety of helping relationships and roles, ranging from case management, career counseling, emergency mental health, and psychotherapy. I apply an integrative approach to therapy. I have extensive experience working in emergency mental health services. I work with children, young adults, and teens struggling with behavioral issues.
