Practicing as a medical doctor first and then as a Reiki Master and Board Certified psychotherapist, taught me that the path to a healthy and fulfilling life is a personal journey towards wholeness. I see the body as multidimensional: physical, mental and spiritual. The body possesses inner wisdom and is well equipped to finding ways to heal itself if given a supportive and inclusive environment. Increased awareness of our body, mind and spirit lead to transforming our relationships with the other, the whole, and ourselves until the factors triggering unpleasant symptoms are either seen under a different light or disappear. Approach used is determined by client's needs: systemic approaches work well with couples & families; Traumatic Incident Resolution for victims of traumas or abuse. Art provides a direct road to unconscious material, especially for those having trouble expressing feelings verbally. I also provide spiritual counseling and psychophysical integration (Trager Approach®). Drawing from my background as a physician, bodyworker, Reiki Master and Medical QiGong practitioner, I offer clients from nutritional education to psychophysical integration. In a holding environment, exploration of both client's restrictive patterns and strengths are facilitated. Therapy is brief when clients gain self-healing tools. * English & Spanish
