Our counselors, Sherry Crane, Renee Leach, Ashley Johnson, and Lisa Vernon each have been practicing over 20 years. They have experience with children (including preschoolers), adolescents and adults. They have worked with individuals, couples and families. Our counselors are competent, caring and compassionate They are excited to bring counseling in a comfortable, inviting and accepting environment. The Anchor Holds In Spite of the Storm! Our counselors have extensive experience in helping children, adolescents and adults use techniques and strategies to gain control over depression, anxiousness, intruding thoughts, past traumatic events,and many other debilitating issues. Our therapists have training that include coaching, positive behavior modification, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and client-centered therapy. They all have specialized training in child parent psychotherapy, Trauma Focused cognitive behavior therapy (TFCBT), CSEFEL (Pyramid Model), They also have many years of training with children, teens and adults with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, and Tourette's Syndrome to name a few.
