Developmental & Educational Psychological Services was founded by Dr. Carol McLean, Ph.D. in 2003. DEPS provides high quality comprehensive developmental and educational psychological services to children and their families. Services are designed to help children reach their individual potential and provide valuable information to parents. Dr. McLean specializes in working with children and adolescents with a variety of needs. Areas of specialization include developmental disabilities, autism, learning difficulties, depression, anxiety, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Services include psychological assessment to help identify areas of needs and then develop an intervention plan. Dr. McLean also offers the following intervention programs; CogMed for working memory. Processing and Cognitive Enhancement (PACE). Cracking the Code (early reading intervention). Lindamood Bell Visualizing and Verbalizing (reading comprehension), and One Cloud Nine (math intervention).
