I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and stress management. My clients are diverse -- some are involved in difficult relationships with spouses or loved ones. Some are struggling to manage the demands of a stressful life. Some have fears and concerns that may be rooted in a difficult childhood and interferes with their personal and professional lives. Some simply want an objective voice to help them toward a better sense of who they are and who they want to be. I have been a therapist for over 15 years, working with individuals as well as couples; treating adults and adolescents. In my practice, I use Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral and Mindfulness Based Therapy approaches. Everyone is unique, so my approach is eclectic and geared to meet your needs.
