I am a psychologist at Palm Beach Behavioral Health & Wellness who specializes in trauma informed therapy for adults and children. I have experience with a variety of presenting problems including mood disorders, ADHD, behavior concerns, learning problems, bullying, and adjustment difficulties. I firmly believe establishing rapport in a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth. I take an integrative approach that combines behavior management strategies, interpersonal and cognitive behavior therapy to meet the individual where they are while promoting positive development. I respect the different approaches necessary to work with individuals of varying ages. As a part of my trauma practice, I specialize in the trauma associated with infertility, infant and fetal loss, miscarriage, and abortion. These are sensitive and difficult topics that require a nurturing and compassionate approach. I respect this immensely and will support the healing process without expectations or judgments. In addition to individual therapy, I provide group therapy, psychological testing, and neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is available for athletes seeking to improve peak performance, to individuals with anxiety, symptoms of trauma, sleep problems, and concerns with attention, impulsivity, and increased or decreased activation or arousal.
