Our entire team is uniquely qualified to help you address not only your addictive behavior, but also the underlying emotional problems that are potentially driving and sustaining your addiction. FIVE, Although most other treatment centers are built exclusively around groups that satisfy insurance requirements, FCC emphasizes individual treatment. SIX At Florida Counseling Centers, you will be able to stay in your home and continue to carry on your responsibilities at work or school. Adult and Adolescent Programs Florida Counseling Centers offers dual-diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for adults and adolescents. Treatment is based on well-researched empirically validated strategies that promote health in body, mind, and spirit. Each aspect of our treatment is conducted with these goals in mind: to help you understand the cause of your addiction and to help you develop the coping skills that will allow you to regain control of your life. Our treatment philosophy yields a comprehensive treatment strategy that includes: - Individual Therapy - Group Therapy - Psychoeducational Teaching - Relapse Prevention Training - Life Skills Training - Meditation & Mindfulness Training - Nutrition - Exercise and Adventure Therapy - Stress Management Training - Psychiatry - Recovery Skills Training - Anger Management / Emotional Management Training - Co-Dependency/Boundaries - Goal Setting- Spiritual Direction Schedule and Duration Morning and Evening scheduling options: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (9am -12pm) or evenings (5:30pm-8:30pm). The duration of the program is dependent on the severity of addiction, but can run anywhere from 4 weeks to 12 weeks in length.
