There are times in everyone's life when we need to talk to someone outside of our situation. When life get rough, difficult, or confusing no one has to face it alone. I work with clients to aid them in reaching their specific personal goals or just being an objective ear to listen to them and try to provide a different perspective. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy and use a variety of techniques tailored to meet my client's needs. I have certifications in sleep hygiene, anxiety recognition / resolution, anger management, as well as psychopharmacology/brain physiology and the effects of various chemicals and nutrition on the brain's functioning. Other areas of intense training include grief counseling, PTSD, and long-term clinical or situational depression. I offer Telepsychology services on an as needed basis. Many of us do not take "Me time", our life is too hectic or we have too many responsibilities to take time for ourselves. There are many relaxation techniques and personal activities that take little time. I work with my clients to figure out which methodology is right for them.
