My goal is to provide the space for you to feel safe and open in exploring what brings you to therapy. Sometimes life presents moments that can be overwhelming, confusing, painful or all around unbearable. Whether or not these moments are anticipated, they can throw us off the path towards fulfillment and happiness. It may be only you or it may be you and a loved one that are experiencing distress. My commitment to you is to be truthful and direct while always being supportive of your reclaiming happiness and control in your life. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
