I work with clients in high trauma or anxiety. Some of this can be transient or life long. Either way our insight and understanding of what is happening to us and the environment that we are in can help resolve some of these issues. Complex or not there are a multitude of techniques and each case I look at on an individual basis. I have worked with PTSD, Anxiety, and especially sexual abuse for the majority of my 10 years as a therapist. I have a history in military families as well. I am client centered and believe that not every version of therapy works for each client. It is the relationship and trust that allows growth to occur. Your goals and mine are the same as I follow what it is that you are seeking to find inner peace.
