I'm Ann Currier and my two main areas of specialization are transgender issues and schizophrenia. I'm very passionate about working with the transgender community. Whether you are trying to figure out where you fit underneath the TG umbrella, or are ready to start your transition, I can help. I won't make you jump through hoops to get HRT or GCS referrals, if you have done the work and are ready. I assist with other issues such as coming out, knowing resources, relationship issues, family counseling, and dealing with shames, fears, and resentments. I also work with clients who suffer from schizophrenia. I can assist with coping with symptoms, medication management, developing structure in your day, and living your best and fullest life. Caregivers of these clients, especially, need support, advice, resources, and understanding and I am happy to provide that as well. While these are my areas of specialization, it is not all I do. As someone who has overcome depression and anxiety without the use of medication, I can help you do the same. Whether you suffer from bipolar disorder or just need a plan to lose weight, I can help.
