I am a licensed and certified social worker with over 20 years of experience in the fields of chemical dependency and couples therapy. I facilitate group therapy as well as individual therapy. I use cognitive behavioral, humanistic ,and Rational Emotive treatment modalities. My areas of expertise include: Treating Anxiety and Depression, Self Esteem, Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorders, OCD, Adoption Issues and Relapse Prevention. I am a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. I offer a dual diagnosis and chemical dependency group on Wednesday afternoons,that is helpful in guiding clients to overcome challenges that are experienced when learning to live a sober lifestyle. I work with clients age 4 and up. I do not accept insurance , but offer low rates for all therapy services.
