I work with a range of issues from substance abuse, stress, depression, couples issues, trauma and abuse, parent guidance issues and more. I have been in private practice for more than 25 years, working both short term and long term with a variety of clients. Therapy is not lightly undertaken. My job is to help you with the problems you bring to the table, and help you discover the answers that are hiding within you. I work in a warm client-centered, interactional style, and actively verbally engage in the process with you. I blend traditional techniques with modern. I work with individuals, families and couples. I gear my approach individually, whether it be life crises, trauma and/or abuse, or depression. I work with addictions, sex abuse, dissociative disorders. Dreams are often a key to understanding the psyche, and can be very important in this healing work. I bring excellence to my work. I have strong skills in working with dreams and spirituality. Depression is often a call to a deeper spiritual understanding. I am a certified HMR practitioner, (www.healingdimensions.com).
