Since 1973 I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, phobias, OCD, PTSD, communication skills, conflict resolution, eating disorders, & recovery from addictions. State/Nationally licensed/certified Counselor, a Trauma Specialist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist and use CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Resourcing/Brainspotting. Establishing a therapeutic relationship is very important in working with my clients at their own pace, helping them to become more confident & happy, by mastering life skills. Teaching them how to use the techniques so they can use them in the future for any challenging situations. I train extensively in Energy Psychology techniques, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Resourcing/Brain Spotting, TFT (Thought Field Therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neurolinquistic Programming), DBT, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and many other modalities that I teach my clients to use on themselves for their life experiences that will be challenging. I focus/give my complete attention to clients and we discuss what techniques we think might work the best for them so no session is the same for everyone - each person is different and the work we do is designed to meet their particular needs.
