Who We Are? Adaptive Center is a 21st century treatment center founded on the values of mindfulness and simplicity. Your loved one will receive an intimate and personalized treatment experience. We will create individualized treatment plans to overcome the obstacles that prevent them from reaching their fullest potential. You and your loved ones will receive a client-centered experience and an exceptional level of care, available to only 12 clients at a time. Our Method Our revolutionary method of treatment incorporates the most advanced knowledge in the area of cognitive psychology: the functioning of our cognitive unconscious. This treatment is delivered through a customized and creative mix of Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient treatment, with or without Supportive Living. At Adaptive Center your real-life problems become the focus of your treatment plans, and your treatment unfolds in a real-life setting, not an institution, or "campus". Our Treatment Our treatment environment has been created to offer 15 clients a designed mix of comfortable modern residences, a health club, stores, restaurants, and personal services; located in the metropolitan area of Coral Gables. In this engineered environment, by simply going through the day, participating in therapy, physical exercise, and mindfulness training you naturally shape your unconscious mind to guide you towards success and health: to become your best self. At Adaptive Center you meet and deal with the real challenges of your life like legal problems, maintaining your profession, and protecting your work and family. You may keep your telephone, computer and any other device that is part of your life. You can communicate with your family and with work in the same way that you do in real life. This empowers you to develop the skills that you need to deal with the people and the situations of your real life, not a counselor's version of it. At Adaptive Center you develop new skills, you become stronger, more fit, and capable of engaging with life's challenges free from dependence on chemicals, and the painful chains of depression and anxiety.
