I have experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and codependency issues, boundaries, grief, and phase of life adjustments. I also have experience working with couples in marriage crisis, as well as those seeking marital enrichment. I am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator, offering premarital counseling. Counseling offers objective insight into one's life, along with a neutral ear which are both extremely therapeutic, allowing individuals to reduce the load they are carrying in their hearts and on their minds. It is my goal to help individuals and couples navigate through the difficulties of life.
