My approach to your therapy is client-centered - I will facilitate an approach that helps you to explore your issues and to find your own answers to the issues that cause you emotional disregulation. I will ask you "What do you want?" and many more questions to discover your road to wellness and happiness. I will incorporate relaxation breathing, simple coping skills, narrative therapy, and other skills but most of all, together we will figure out "how" for you to make healthy changes. My practice is primarily focused on women's issues. Partners are encouraged to join the wellness process. My practice location is a peaceful retreat, centered within The Holistic Heart Wellness Center where other services are offered independently by certified practitioners in yoga, therapeutic massage, and other wellness-focused services.
