I have been in private practice for 25 years and enjoy working with adults who are experiencing relationship problems of all sorts. Relationships can be worked on individually or with the person you are in conflict with. Anxiety and depression often accompany these painful situations so give yourself an opportunity to explore, understand and possibly resolve them. Anyone can get a divorce but before you do try some counselling! Often it seems the only solution, yet noone has gotten professional help. You deserve to give yourself a chance at a different outcome. I began my career as a Registered Nurse in an Oncology Department. To become more effective and knowledgeable I obtained my graduate degree in Social Work because of the extensive education and psychotherapy training it provided. I enjoy helping couples and individuals with their conflicts in a private practice setting now. My love of working with people and interest in each person's unique story has kept my practice interesting and satisfying,
