What part of your life is the source of feelings of depression, anxiety, low self esteem, or moodiness? For many can be difficult to develop a level of self awareness in which we can distinguish the root cause of having poor quality of life. Rachael specializes in Cognitive Behavioral therapy which is geared towards aiding individuals in developing a self awareness of unhealthy thinking habits that hinder individuals from achieving their best quality of life. Rachael also utilizes Brief Solution Focused therapy strategies, which aim to aid the client in progressing in treatment in the most time efficient manner possible. Rachael presents with 7 years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults in the community, schools, outpatient clinics, and residential settings. She presents with intensive experience in treating the following mental health diagnoses: Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, ODD, Bi-Polar, OCD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Schizophrenia, eating disorders, and phobias. Rachael has a degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville. Her primary goal is to aid her clients in making progress in the most time efficient manner possible by utilizing the most effective and current therapeutic strategies.
