I provide tools to help couples connect, reconnect and stay connected. I provide premarital counseling to assist couples in starting their life together. I assist individuals in identifying negative patterns and aid them in making positive changes to reach their desired goal. I am a Licensed Marital and Family therapist (LMFT) with a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am trained in PREP (Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program) and PREPARE/ENRICH both were designed to teach practical skills to enhance marriages and relationships.
