Hi, my name is Lynda and I am here to help. I am a very patient person. I want you to be in charge of your treatment, so I encourage you to make your own choices and go at your own pace. I will give you suggestions if you need more direction. I especially like to help people who have been abused in childhood. I can also help you with anxiety or depression. I am a Christian, and am comfortable with addressing issues surrounding spirituality. I have experience and expertise in helping with parenting struggles. My orientation is positive. I am trained in EMDR, which means that I can help with flashbacks and nightmares, at a much quicker pace and more efficiently than traditional approaches. I am also using Prolonged Exposure Therapy, which is the most evidence-based treatment for PTSD. I have experience in treating dissociative disorders, including multiple personalities.
