Searching for the next steps while navigating a major life transition? Struggling in your close relationships, work, or school? Just not feeling like yourself lately? I meet you where you're at in the process of change, struggle or confusion, using a collaborative approach that trusts you as the expert on yourself. We'll set your therapeutic goals together and pursue them as a team. I especially enjoy working with children and adults who are dealing with depression and anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions and career / school issues. I also specialize in eating disorders, sexuality and identity issues. I received my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. My clinical background includes in-patient, out-patient, and research settings, which allows me to bring a broad perspective to your situation. As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I work with a team of dedicated therapists who each specialize in different issues. This team approach allows me to bring a much broader expertise than just my own to your counseling experience and provide coordinated treatment and referrals for families or couples.
