I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and couples who identify with humanist values, those who may be struggling with their current beliefs, or who are in the process of leaving a religious community. I also have experience working with people who suffer from depression, anxiety, substance abuse, mental illness, and relationship issues. Counseling guides you to find your strengths and teaches you to use your skills more effectively, saving you unnecessary stress. While navigating a change in belief systems is incredibly stressful and confusing, I can assist you finding and using the strengths you have always had to redefine your value system. I offer counseling services in my office on Saturdays and online through web-conferencing. I offer free phone and Skype consultations.
