I believe that self-sufficiency is the key to success. Empowerment and training can make a huge difference in one's future and outcome. I enjoy working with goal-oriented children, teenagers, men and women who are serious about making positive changes in their lives whether it is through counseling or coaching. I treat each person as an individual and design their treatment with their needs in mind. My approach is eclectic and holistic and I prefer to treat the whole person instead of pieces. By helping others to succeed regardless of our ages and stage in life. I succeed. My specialty consists of women issues: parenting, substance abuse, depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Co-Occurring Disorders. I also teach self-confidence, self-esteem, self-worth, educational skills, vocational skills, college preparedness, and professional skills; all of which are needed to form and build a successful life. I conduct Goal Setting/ Vision Board Sessions; and I utilize the Prepare Enrich Curriculum for Premarital couples and Marriage Enhancement.
