Sometimes life can be overwhelming, you might feel lost and unsure of the best way to handle things. I have successfully helped hundreds of people throughout the US and other countries, navigate stressful periods of their lives. I work well with both families and individuals. My method of treatment is cognitive behavorial, insight, research-based education, exercise, homework, and learning how to effectively communicate. I consider it an honor to assist people, during their times of change. My areas of specialty are: relationships, mood problems, family conflict and transitions.I look forward to meeting with you. I have taken specialized courses in relationship communication, mood problems (such as anxiety, depression and bi-polar disorders) , family mediation, parent coordination, as well as working with children and adolescents. Stress management techniques are taught as well in my practice. I am currently involved with several couples therapy training institutes. I have been fortunate to have worked with a multitude of different people throughout the country, as well as some foreign countries, assisting me with an unique understanding of the impact culture, perspective, and effective management of everyday stress, plays in the role of good mental health.
