A philosophical counselor and hypnotherapist with a refreshing approach to therapy can help you break through barriers to your growth. I can help you learn new healthy ways of utilizing and developing your inner strengths and resources using a variety of techniques. By listening carefully to you and developing a strong working alliance, I can help you to carefully work on general or specific problems, break unwanted thinking or behavioral habits, improve relationships, develop relaxation, overcome conflicts, and facilitate natural healing. Through this process can discover a new sense of comfort with yourself and access more of your full potential. I have a B.A. degree in Philosophy from the University of Arizona, a M.S. degree in Psychology from University of Phoenix, and a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. I have advanced training in Ericksonian Approaches to Clinical Hypnosis. Philosophical dialogue can help evolve perspectives to match your goals and therapeutic trances (hypnotherapy) can help utilize your inner strengths to enhance effectiveness. I can also integrate spiritual ministry that can accommodate multiple faiths to increase impact. Available weekdays throughout the day and evenings at my office or online.
