I work with adults and have considerable experience working with them around the variety of issues they may be dealing with. My clientele includes both heterosexual and LGBT individuals. I have considerable experience working with the specific issues that LGBT individuals may have. At the same time, all individuals can experience depression at various levels. I have had success in helping individuals to relieve milder symptoms, often including Cognitive and Behavioral techniques in my approach. I am also able to help individual with more serious symptoms to explore underlying sources of their depression in order to begin to relieve symptoms. I specialize in working clients dealing with depression at all levels. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, including panic and anxiety attacks and help them to use calming techniques. I have experience working with individuals experiencing PTSD resulting from many sources. Seeing the life patterns these symptoms affect is important. When individuals feel fragmented, these feelings can weaken our ability to withstand strong and negative external issues which otherwise can result in emotional reactions affecting our life patterns. I help clients to feel stronger and more whole at his or her core as part of a more holistic approach.
