The root of my heart is to help individuals, relationships, and families grow and heal. This healing and growth can come through work done individually or with others. Each client and situation is unique; I will take time to learn about and understand you and your needs and recommend the most appropriate type of therapy. As well, I have a strong passion for relationships and community, and I and believe that these are vitally important to living a healthy, integrated life, psychologically, physiologically and spiritually. I am practicing under the direction and supervision of Vilda Brannen, LPC. It is not easy to lead a balanced, integrated life. I will work collaboratively with you to empower you, identify strengths and limitations, and navigate the roads of life to help you find your true self, achieve your goals, and move toward greater meaning, wholeness, stability, and joy. I believe that all people have inherent value and that no feeling is illegitimate. It is my goal to provide a safe and honest environment in which people feel secure, significant, and able to be authentic. Only in such an environment can a person find their voice and grow.
