I enjoy working with a varied population of clients and diagnoses or problems. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescent and younger adults, especially those struggling with anxiety and depression. I also work with many couples and families. During therapy I use an integrated and collaborative approach that includes looking at past factors in my clients' experiences, exploring present day systems, such as family, work, or school that impact the person's psychological health, and looking at the internal thoughts and feelings that maintain or contribute to long standing problems. I have practiced therapy both in New York City and in San Francisco. I also have done a great deal of international travelling. I believe that these experiences have given me the tools to understand and relate to a wide range of populations and cultures.
