I believe in the counseling process! I have found two things to be essential to effective therapy. The first & most important is that you are willing to do the work. The second is that you are comfortable with who you are working with. Reaching out & asking for help is difficult and takes courage. I respect that effort. I am trained to do EMDR therapy which is a successful treatment for a wide scope of issues.
