My primary approach in therapy is cognitive-behavioral, but I work with each individual or couple to tailor our work to achieve your own goals. I have a firm belief in the ability of everyone to change their thinking, coping strategies and relationship skills. It would be an honor and a pleasure to be your guide and support in this journey. I have specialized in treatment of eating disorders for over 25 years, and believe that everyone has the capacity to achieve FULL recovery. While the work can be difficult and frightening at times, recovering individuals are developing skills that will serve them for a healthier and more rewarding lifetime.
