I am a licensed clinical psychologist as well as a health service provider is psychology (HSPP). I am available to provide individual and family counseling for adolescents and adults to address a variety of psychological conditions including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship conflict, behavioral defiance and substance abuse. I especially enjoy working with men and women through all phases of parenthood including family planning, infertility, adoption, managing psychological health during pregnancy, postpartum mood and anxiety difficulties, and parenting skills. I am also pleased to offer post-adoptive (domestic and international) counseling. I offer an eclectic approach to treatment that blends interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and insight oriented techniques. In addition, I provide a variety of psychological, personality, and intellectual testing services.
