I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice with Pilipis Behavioral Group in Noblesville, IN. I primarily work with children, youth, teens, and young adults but I am open to meeting with couples and older adults. My expertise lies in treating those who struggle in the areas of Depression, Anxiety, ADD/ADHD, Trauma, Behavioral issues, self-harm/cutting, and grief/loss issues. In sessions I use an eclectic approach to therapy and I often incorporate play and art therapy, sand tray play, and talk therapy. I have experience working in inner-city schools in Chicago, IL, public and township schools in Indianapolis. I am familiar with the pressures our children face at school with the rise in depression, anxiety, and peer bullying which leads to maladaptive coping skills such as cutting and/or suicidal ideations. I stress family involvement in therapy. I am facilitating a self-harm group mid summer. I am eager to share effective ways of coping to the children and teens of our future.
