An integrative, multicultural, practice of compassionate healing and growth. At A Tree of Life Center, you are not just lectured at or given advice. We create more of a learning and practicing environment until it feels natural. Everyone starts out in life learning from our experiences and those who raise us. Later we can add more effective communication approaches, gain a deeper understanding, and efficient, empathetic problem solving. With 16 years of helping people both individually and in groups, I've led people to a better understanding of themselves and accomplishment of their goals. I attended Springfield College School of Social Work to attain my master's degree, this was a rewarding experience due to it being a tight knit community and wealth of knowledge. I am a licensed clinical social worker, advanced Reiki practitioner, community organizer, and published writer. My experience and specialties include child and family therapy for families with a child on the autism spectrum and treating addiction, including family therapy around addiction. I have experience helping clients in crisis, with depression, learning difficulties, grief, anxiety, self-esteem, and pain around fertility problems. LGBTQ friendly.
