**Starting Dec. 1, 2015, I will be offering greater variety of hours and days!** My focus as your therapist is to build your confidence, unearth your strengths, and work to correct dysfunctional thoughts and/or behaviors. Reaching out to a therapist can be scary, but you deserve to feel at ease. My office can serve as your safe space to explore where you're unhappy or why you've turned towards unhealthy behaviors, for example, substance use. We can work together to remedy this unhappiness. I work hard to ensure you do not feel judged while sharing your world with me. We sit together, working to form goals and strategies to achieve them. Your needs are the topic of each session and getting them met is my ultimate goal for you. Please be sure to leave a voicemail for me if I am unable to answer your call. I also welcome e-mails and will respond in a timely fashion. I will be moving to South Windermere shortly to offer greater availability!
