Healthy, trusting relationships are the foundation of emotional health and development. I provide relationship-based treatment in a safe, collaborative environment and integrate talk therapy with other evidence-based approaches for effective treatment. Clients seek my help for a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, developmental disorders, life transition and stress management. I have been in practice for over twenty years treating children, adults and families. I have expertise in child development and provide developmental assessments and therapy from infancy through adolescence. I utilize a variety of interventions to assist children including creative arts, behavioral and play therapies. I also provide parenting consultation and parenting skills groups.
