I am a passionate therapist with experience working with children and adolescents with a variety of disorders (Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Disruptive Behavior Disorders, low self-esteem, body image, and anger issues). My goal is to provide creative therapy interventions to help my clients and families reach a healthy level of functioning. I am trained in Art Therapy and Marriage and Family Therapy and feel that working not only with the children, but also the parents, is a very important step in making progress. According to the American Art Therapy Association, "Art therapy is a mental health profession that uses the creative process of art making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional well-being of individuals of all ages."
