I mentioned in a published book that the most courageous people I meet are those individuals who sit with me in my office. I truly believe in the human potential to improve and survive. You as a client hold the key to your success and it is up to me to facilitate the process in order to find it. Most of my Practice specializes in Disorders associated with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Borderline Personality, BiPolar Disorder, etc. My goal in therapy is to create change in a client/couple's perception. I provide individual, couple and family counseling. As a former Educator I created and incorporate Student-Centered Therapy for students who need help. This newly devised approach uses accountability as the foundation for academic enhancement or change. Once eliminating stress I believe that all students can learn but some need to learn "how to be a student" first.
