Many of us at times find ourselves or our loved ones trapped and having difficulty finding a way out of the problems life brings. Through the suffering and the pain we are tempted to give up in despair, unable to see a way through the confusion and hopelessness.As a Christian counselor I seek to minister to the mental, emotional and spiritual needs of the individual, couple or families who may be struggling with various problems. Since 1998 I have been licensed as a professional counselor and certified as a national certifed counselor. My cognitive-behavioral therapy approach is especially benefitial for treating a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, substance disorders, anger disorders, and couples work.
