My experience involves working with adolescents, adults, and couples in resolving emotional and relationship problems, including anxiety, depression, anger management, LGBT concerns, and grief. Additionally, I am a certified facilitator of PREPARE/ENRICH, a couple's assessment used to identify strength and growth areas. My experience helping others in a therapeutic setting, combined with my education and personal life lessons, all contribute to my therapeutic style.
