If you suffer, we will find a way to stop it and bring more sunshine into your life. My degree is in clinical psychology.. I work with depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, adolescent parenting issues, and substance abuse problems. I am passionate about helping people make sense of their experience and giving them strategies that help. Much of my work has been helping people deal with trauma which often leads to other problems.
