Jeannie Mitchell works in a clinical setting helping individuals overcome the affects of trauma, anxiety & depression. She has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) which is an evidenced based treatment for those with past trauma and PTSD. EMDR is one approach to overcoming stressful events, but it's not the only one. Other therapy's include: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, & Person Centered.
