Over the course of our lives we are often confronted with change that is positive and a time of celebration; however, there are times when the opposite is true. When change or other life problems occur, it can affect us physically, mentally, socially, or spiritually. When one part is out of sync, it affects all of the other parts, as well. I am interested in helping people to achieve balance in their lives and see themselves differently. No matter what trouble you are experiencing, you have strengths and abilities that can help you navigate through. Together, we can collaborate and reach goals that bring about positive change in your life. Preferred days for appointments are Monday and Tuesday afternoon/evening; limited appointments are also available on other days.
