There's little doubt that seeking assistance to deal with a life problem or even to expand upon our strengths can be a daunting task. While taking this step does require courage, I believe that my task is to make this step an easier one for my clients. My focus is to build a strong relationship with clients while providing the necessary therapeutic support to make life changes easier and to increase their confidence that seeking help is exactly the right thing to do. My training, interests, and experience have led me to specialize in treating clients with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and stress reactions. As a Health Psychologist, I also work with clients who have various physical problems that are aggravated by how we live our lives. I enjoy working with the variety of life issues we encounter as people. My experience working with people in health care and corporate settings has significantly shaped how I approach my work with all types of clients. I serve as your psychological consultant as you strive to become even healthier.
