Does it feel like something is preventing you from having the life you want despite your efforts to change? I work with clients to help them examine their lives and gain meaning and understanding of their experiences. Together we can resolve your emotional distress. I work with adults on a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationships, and major life changes. My experience working overseas makes me uniquely skilled to work cross-culturally. I use a psychodynamic approach to therapy which is an interactive process between the client and therapist. Together, the client and I work to understand behaviors and issues in the client's life. I have experience working with women dealing with pregnancy issues including post-partum depression and adoption. I bring to clients a deep understanding of how to treat trauma help clients process and deal with events that have prevented them from moving on in their lives.
