I am passionate about helping people see their true potential. Many times, life changes, family issues, mental illness, and negative thinking get in the way of seeing who we truly are. I am committed to working with individuals, couples, and families through their journey; getting back to a healthy place through Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I believe that compassion, understanding, and trust are important in the therapeutic process. Therapy is provided in a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental and supportive therapeutic environment.
